SATELLAI

Our pick for dog owners who worry when their dog runs off: SATELLAI makes satellite-tracked smart collars that watch over your dog's location and health at once. The flagship Collar pairs GPS tracking with PetSense AI, which reads gait, sleep, and head-shaking to flag health changes early, and lets you draw virtual fences with instant escape alerts, over a satellite link that does not need an LTE signal. It debuted at CES 2025, and the lighter Collar Go followed at CES 2026. For owners of roaming dogs, hikers, and farm families, this is the tracker we'd look at first.

BRAND CONTEXT

The story,
before the shelf.

SATELLAI began with a heartbreak every dog owner recognizes: a dog that runs away, gets hurt, or falls ill. The founders, led by a former Huami wearables executive, believed pets are family — and that the worst part of losing one is not knowing. They set out to build something proactive rather than reactive: a collar that does not just say where your dog is, but helps you understand how your dog is doing.

The result is the SATELLAI Collar, built on satellite-powered location tracking and an AI called PetSense. It follows your dog across yards, parks, and open country, lets you draw virtual fences with instant alerts when a boundary is crossed, and reads gait, sleep, and head movements to flag health changes before they become visible. Seven sensors watch over breathing and heart rate, and the whole system runs on Qualcomm hardware with cloud AI behind it.

The company debuted at CES 2025 and returned at CES 2026 with Sense AI and the lighter Collar Go for hikers and mid-sized breeds. Its vision is simple: a future where every pet is connected, understood, and cared for the way they deserve to be. For SATELLAI, technology is not the point — the bond between pets and their families is.
