FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clear answers.
No fine-print maze.
How recommendations, affiliate links, reviews, partnerships, and data work on Nicemu.
SHOPPING
Does Nicemu sell products directly?
No. Nicemu helps people discover and compare products, then sends them to the brand or authorized retailer to complete the purchase.
Does an affiliate link change the price?
Normally no. Nicemu may receive a commission from the merchant after an eligible purchase. Any special price or code will show its own terms.
Who handles shipping, returns, and warranty?
The merchant shown on the destination page handles the order. Check its delivery, return, and warranty policies before purchasing.
TRUST & REVIEWS
What does “Editor Selected” mean?
It means the editorial team chose the product for a stated reason. It does not mean hands-on testing unless the separate Hands-on Tested label is present.
Can brands pay for a better rating?
No. Sponsored placements are labeled and kept separate from community ratings and organic editorial rankings.
Are all community reviews verified purchases?
No. Only reviews confirmed through the platform's verification rules may carry a Verified label.
PARTNERSHIPS
How can a brand or creator apply?
Brands apply on the brand partnership form; creators apply on the creator application form. Both live on the Partnerships page too, and every application is read by a person.
How are creators paid?
Final commission rates, confirmation windows, thresholds, and payment timing will be shown in the creator agreement and dashboard.
